The Southern rule of thumb for cooking greens is low and slow, using time as the secret ingredient to infuse the greens with flavor. Our version breaks this rule but still achieves the same results: bold, smoky greens and crisp bacon that hold their own against any entree.
All of Anyday’s recipes are tested (and retested!) in many different microwave and home kitchens to make sure they work— and work well. Unless specified otherwise, all recipes should be cooked at full power.
