The beauty of Joshua McFadden’s granola lies in its simplicity. Unlike many granola recipes that call for expensive nuts, dried fruits, and other mix-ins, McFadden’s ingredients list is super minimal, relying on coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds to add flavor and texture to the finished product.
