Microwaving frozen spinach in an Anyday dish is a great way to get a nutritional boost, fast. Fresh spinach can be bulky and take up a lot of space — not to mention it goes bad super fast — but frozen spinach is compact and sits happily in your freezer. Microwaving it retains its nutrients better than cooking it on the stovetop.
